    At Civello, leadership is rooted in care, connection, and craft. We’re currently seeking a motivated and service-driven Assistant Salon Manager who can help guide our team, champion exceptional guest experiences, and support daily operations with clarity and confidence.

    What You’ll Do

    Lead with Purpose

    • Support the Location Manager in creating a culture of consistency, professionalism, and heart

    • Coach and mentor Advisors and Artists through daily check-ins, feedback, and recognition

    • Act as a communication bridge between team and leadership, especially when the Manager is off-site

    • Uphold Civello’s unified image and ensure team accountability to brand standards

    • Participate in hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance reviews

    Enhance the Guest Experience

    • Be a model of exceptional service from the front desk to the salon floor

    • Maintain clear and thoughtful communication with Location Managers and Team Leads

    • Train and empower the team to create meaningful client connections

    • Oversee booking challenges and ensure smooth daily operations

    Support Seamless Operations

    • Maintain visual excellence, cleanliness, and merchandising standards

    • Communicate proactively with maintenance and property teams

    • Manage and optimize schedules, time-off requests, and education calendars

    • Ensure policies, procedures, and team dynamics align with company values

    Contribute to Financial Health

    • Support payroll, inventory ordering, and product receiving

    • Deliver insights on performance reports and share results with the team

    • Assist in chair/room optimization, service flow, and daily booking efficiency

    • Oversee inventory accuracy and loss prevention measures
