When booking at Civello Salon & Spa, you are agreeing to adhere to our Salon & Spa Policies


CANCELLATION POLICY

At Civello Salon & Spa, we are committed to upholding the highest standard of service. In an effort to support the livelihood of our dedicated stylists, we would like to provide details regarding our cancellation policy.

Our valued stylists work on commission, and last-minute cancellations directly impact their well-being. To safeguard their sustained income, Civello Salon & Spa requires 24-hour notice for cancellations or changes to your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Guests cancelling within 24 hours of their appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee for their scheduled service.


SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS

For those booking same-day appointments or within a 24-hour time-frame, we kindly request a minimum of 3 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee. While we understand unforeseen emergencies may arise, we reserve the right to enforce our cancellation policy when it becomes a recurring incident.

Your proactive communication is vital. Please call or email as soon as you know you cannot make your scheduled appointment. Cancellations and missed appointments create gaps in our stylists' schedules that can only be filled with timely notice, preventing us from accommodating other guests waiting for appointments.


CREDIT CARD PRIVACY & SECURITY

We want to reassure you that we do not hold your credit card information on file. To ensure the utmost security, we utilize Stripe, a trusted and industry-leading payment processing platform. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us, and we are committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all your transactions at Civello Salon & Spa. Cancellation charges are only incurred In the event of a failure to comply with our cancellation policy.  As a courtesy, we send confirmation emails or SMS 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, please remember it is your responsibility to recall your appointment dates and times to avoid missed appointments, late arrivals, and potential cancellation fees.


CORRECTION SERVICE POLICY

At Civello Salon & Spa, we prioritize delivering the best service tailored to your expectations. If, within 1 week of your service, you feel that the result doesn't align with your agreed-upon consultation, we encourage you to reach out. Simply contact us to schedule an appointment for a correction consultation with the location manager and stylist. During this time, we'll assess the situation and determine whether a correction service is needed. Please bear in mind that achieving your desired look, especially transitioning from darker to lighter tones, may require more than one service. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're here to ensure you leave our salon feeling confident and delighted with your experience.


MISSED APPOINTMENTS


Guests who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without contacting the Salon are considered absentee and are subject to a cancellation fee outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE


Civello Salon & Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating any aggressive or inappropriate behaviour to any other guest or member of our team.
