Lupe Voss embarked on her journey as an educator in 1998, fueled by an unwavering passion for hair colouring that continues to drive her exploration of new techniques and methods. As a gifted and dedicated educator, Lupe has mentored numerous colourists worldwide, empowering them to thrive in their careers. For 32 successful years, she co-owned and operated the renowned Julian August salon in Redlands, California.
Recognized as one of the most sought-after colour educators in North America, Lupe's classes are consistently full, and her students leave empowered and inspired. She established the Hair Color Magic™ education program, which has served as a catalyst for countless hair industry professionals to pursue their creative aspirations. This same passion and commitment are evident in her role with the CS Ed. education program.
